POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Member of Guest Services staff. Attend to areas on the front line to kick off the experience of guests visiting Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory. Museum Assistants may cover Batting Cage, theater, and/or information desk.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide a world-class experience to every LSMF guest.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and offer top-notch customer service.
- Can assist with open and close procedures for whatever area team member is assigned.
- Works nights and weekends as needed during normal business hours as well as special events both onsite and offsite.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- High School Diploma. Some college preferred.
- Service-Oriented.
- Experience with handling large amounts of cash.
- Comfortable learning POS system as needed.
- Experience in working with the public.
- Strong communication skills.
